Yes, I have been voting by mail for years now, and this was the first year my mail-in ballot instructions at the top of the ballot said “use blue or blank ink pen or marker”

I thought ‘marker’ ??? I had to read the instructions 3 times !
I don’t think they ever stated that before !

I thought, “ GREAT, I’d rather use marker ... ! “

I’m a registered Republican and I again did vote for Trump.
