Dear President Trump, our President,
Citizens Criminal Complaint Served on Bill Barr.
Beneficiaries to the public trusts called government, Charles C. Miller and Andre Paul Provost Jr., approach Donald Trump first as an American, second as our President.
Simply put Mr. President, we are reporting what we know are civil rights crimes of a very high order. In fact, we may be reporting two sets of civil rights violations.
The first set involves governors and other officers and employees of various states. The Criminal Complaint exposing these crimes are identified in the duly served letter to your Attorney General, Mr. Barr. While the Criminal Complaint to the USDOJ General is limited to Washington State, the charges apply in many states and cities and counties.

The second set of possible civil rights violations involve your USDOJ and all the federal agencies it supervises, particularly the FBI. The reason I say possible is very simple. Bill Barr and his cohorts and minions have either set up indictments against the self confessed by word and deed actors in public offices around the country operating under color of authority, or Bill Barr et al haven’t.
In the case that the indictments identifying the federal civil rights felonies perpetrated by so many government actors all over the country have been obtained and not released or executed yet, Mr. Barr and his troops are in the clear.
In the case that no or very few indictments have been processed against known actors committing egregious civil rights crimes, then Mr. Barr and every public servant he supervises or acts as surety for are coconspirators in the crimes. The logic and law here is very simple, direct and devastating to any public servant, particularly attorneys of high training serving in positions requiring higher knowledge and duty.
When public servants witness first hand via verified reports from both public servants and individual citizens reporting the events, identifying accumulating and compounding civil rights felonies, as all Americans have over the last few months, and they fail or refuse to apply the federal civil rights felony statutes to the wrongdoers, a separate and new crime is committed.
The federal civil rights felony statutes, conspiracy statutes are clear simple English, understandable by any one who can read and use a dictionary. 18 USC § 241 is a clear concise order to every public servant. “If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same; or...”. This is particularly relevant according to 18 USC § 4. “ Whoever, having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony cognizable by a court of the United States, conceals and does not as soon as possible make known the same to some judge or other person in civil or military authority under the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.”.
President Trump, there is no way on Gods green earth that General Barr et al at USDOJ do not know these statutes. Further, there is no way Barr et al do not have the smoking gun proving the crimes and fully identifying the posers acting as public officials.
The GRAVAMEN section of the letter to General Barr exposes the very serious ramifications in the event General Barr has no or very few indictments processed against governors, mayors, and other public servants.
Your Beneficiaries now present a formal Letter of Wishes to our a Trustee, President Donald Trump.
Please, directly and officially contact United States Attorney General Bill Barr, formally require the Office of Attorney General to inform the American People why no Governor or Mayor or other public servant has been charged with civil rights felonies, for refusing to provide protection of the law to the People they promised to serve and protect.
Please, require General Barr to provide the Office of President with the authorities, from either Constitution or Statutes, allowing the Attorney General to not prosecute to the fullest extent of the law the open bragged about civil rights crimes depriving every Washington citizen of our individual and collective Constitutional rights.
Then all of us will know if we have a country ruled by law or controlled by men.
President Trump, you have the power of the People behind you. While I agree it would be better if more People stood beside you and worked under your leadership, the numbers of Americans at your public meetings prove the support need to effectuate honesty in public service.
Calling Mr. Barr to publicly account to answer both you and the People as out lined in the link above sets the stage for an honesty in public service performance revolution.
It will be very interesting to see Mr. Barr et al explain why so many obvious federal civil rights felony violations by state and local politicos are not prosecuted, and why the low lying fruit of the street thug is the major focus of prosecutions.
We, your Beneficiaries, truly hope that there is some hidden plan that will be sprung on the known civil rights felons as is reported by so many so called alt media and Intel gurus.
Our personal experiences have shown us to only count chickens, having first, eggs, then hatched.
