Isn't paying attention and has no clue what he or she is talking about.

It's already explained in the paragraphs here:

They are also CoVFeFe magnets which make 5G safe. It’s an alloy of

CoVFeFe essentially cleanses the impurities from the 5G, and works on
an ionic level to keep Oxygen from being depleted, rendering the
signal harmless.

I'll explain why and pick apart the thing.

1. 432 Hz is the musical tone promoted for tuning instruments.

Not true. While it is a musical tone, it's STILL a frequency and the
"Hz" absolutely indicates that it is a frequency. FFS.

high frequencies

Also not true. The signal is a base signal that can be any frequency.
What makes the signal strong is the electric magnetic pulses that
travel from it.

3. 5G phone signals would not work without the high frequency transmissions.

And yet the description of the "alloy of Cobalt, Vanadium, and Iron
creating a magnetic material" can send signals, frequencies much
better than what the circuit board of a 5G signal can send as the
materials you outlined are more stable, solid and travels without
interruption since they're based on very static material like iron.
Unlike the frequencies used in 5G.

But I chock it up as that guy not knowing anything about this kind of
physical world use of electricity and magnets. Or frequencies or
wavelengths.
