Oh hobie, I learned a long time ago not to believe Jim Stone. I learned when he claimed that where he had lived in CA they had a method of identifying dissenters by putting a mark on one's mailbox and that was to indicate death was called for when abducted to a FEMA CAMP. I lived in CA so asked him what town, what street had he lived on? My request was innocent. Hey, I lived in that state! I had believed him, you see. Turns out it was yellow journalism, because he refused to answer me. So, still innocently, I asked him again. An innocuous question! He finally wrote back that he wasn't going to answer and that no further enquiries would be allowed, simply deleted. And I said to myself, what's wrong with this picture?

Now he's flapping his gums about something that he knows nothing about. Fibromyalgia syndrome (FMS) is brought about by trauma. It's tantamount to having a nervous breakdown when one's nerves are so jangled that the hypothalamus goes topsy-turvy. The pain is excruciating if you have it bad enough and I did. My own FMS was caused by my husband's suicide, but a class I attended for people with FMS contained all sorts of traumatic stories, from car accidents to finding one's spouse in bed with another. The cure? Meditation. Making a calm situation for yourself and sticking to it. Taking valerian, eating it like candy. Did I get well? Yes! You're never 100% well, but I don't need pain killers any longer and don't take them. [...]
