HOW I DID THE TEXT CONVERSION:

Accessing the page using my browser's View Source menu option revealed the underlying HTML code. I then had to locate the graphics file that contained the screenshot I was looking for. Once I located that file, I saved it my computer and then opened it Photoshop.

I inverted the colors so that the text was dark on a white background, and increased the resolution from 72 dpi to 300 dpi, keeping the same height and width dimensions. Finally, I imported the saved file into my OCR program which enabled me to obtain the text that I could post below:
