Whether or not Trump designates Mexican drug cartels as terrorists matters not one whit to the reality of the situation.

Of course the cartels are terrorists - just as much as CIA spooks, politicians, former presidents, bankers, and street dealers running the Mexican cartels from inside the US are terrorists.

The Clintons are drug dealing terrorists.

Ask anyone in Mena, AK.

The Bushes are drug dealing terrorists.

Ask anyone in Broward county, Fl.

The Mexican government is the Mexican drug cartel, as much as the Mexican drug cartels are the Mexican government.

Cross the border north, and you find crooked politicians, former presidents, CIA spooks, and bankers involved with drug cartels acting as American government.

As to which pot is more black in any body's guess, but it would be a nice change to see the American military actually protecting our own border.

The Mexican government really has no choice.

The Mexican government will not, or cannot stop the cartel because the Mexican government is the cartel.

No one will stop the drug cartels in America or in Mexico - save for a bigger hammer and brute force.
