Causing death and destruction as well as usurping others wealth that was made by honest labor and means should be more than noted but taken back for the purpose of making work meaningful again.

As long as they have folks moving from here to there, Christians, Muslims, Jews, doesn't matter who they have moving, 'they' (the ones pushing the moving) are the ones in power as the ones moving won't turn around and ask what happened until they get their stability back and this takes a bit of time in a new place.
