A creator is capable of creating because of the knowledge and skill acquire thus far. One lacking the knowledge and skill is not capable of creating.

An authoritarian can only lead by fear, and not very well, because knowledge and skill wouldn't require that.

Nobody cares about the opinion, dictate, determination, of an idiot, who screws shit up.

Which is why you shouldn't worship false idols. And also why brick and mortar hierarchies fail, because an idiot can strong arm his/her way into a position. Lie his/her way into a position. Or buy his/her way into a position. Blackmail his/her way into position.

This also leads to the failures that result in minions being thrown under the bus, in the attempt of the "leader" to escape taking responsibility for the failure.
