Cops are not your friend. They are federal troops occupying your land. In Abraham Lincoln's time, the North and South were tryin to kill each other even after the civil war ended. Lincoln passed the Lieber100 Act to send federal troops in, to keep the North/South combatants apart and alive. Today the Lieber100 Act has never been rescinded and we now call these troops, Police. Do they all have military designations? Captain, private, commander, Sargent, etc? Definitely military. Are these troops still imposing Military/Admiralty/Statutory Law upon the People? A definite yes. Guilty before being proven innocent, like a Captain beating his crew on a ship on the sea of commerce.

Why? Because you never refuted that you are a US Citizen, rather than a corrected State or American National.
