Trump Barges Into “Deep State” Saloon—“Barr Fight” Ensues

A very instructive and compelling new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin providing a glimpse into the Russian people’s fascination (since the times of Chairman Stalin) of American cowboy movies, states that US Attorney General William Barr’s bombshell revelation yesterday that he believed the Trump campaign was spied on, can best be understood by viewing President Donald Trump as an old-time Sheriff in the American West sent to clean out a town’s villains—and upon entering, then goes to their main saloon hangout where a gunfight ensues—and afterwards leaves in triumph having vanquished all of his foes. [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]
According to this report, in early 1876, legendary American gunfighters Bat Masterson and Wyatt Earp became law officers in Dodge City-Kansas in a bid to rid this town of its vile and corrupt criminal element preying upon citizens—and whose counterparts today are President Trump and Attorney General Barr, likewise, trying to rid Washington D.C. of its corrupt and corrosive element called the “Deep State”.
The “Deep State”, this report explains, is more commonly known as the “administrative state”—which comprises tens-of-thousands of radical leftists inserted into the American government by Democrat Party regimes intent upon forcing their socialist agenda on a nation whose peoples didn’t elect them—and whose efforts to dislodge have been met with repeated failure for decades.
For the past nearly two-decades, however, this report details, this “administrative state” has been countered by an even more powerful force called the Unitary Executive Theory—which is a theory of American constitutional law holding that the President possesses the power to control the entire Executive Branch—and is doctrine is rooted in Article Two of the United States Constitution, which vests "the executive power" of the United States in the President.
In repeated court cases over the past two-decades, this report says, the “Deep State” has kept the fearful power of the Unitary Executive from being able to destroy them—that is, until, last year when the US Supreme Court issued its ruling in the landmark Lucia vs. SEC case—that dealt with the President’s power to hire and fire anyone he so wished in the Executive Branch no matter if they were protected by laws imposed on the Executive Branch by the US Congress—and in whose ruling, for the first time in history, affirmed this vast and powerful Presidential authority, and it being written: “It may be years before the implications of the Supreme Court’s opinion this morning in Lucia v. Securities and Exchange Commission are clear, but at first glance the opinion strikes a major blow at one of the centerpieces of the administrative state”.
With it already being known that US Supreme Court Associate Justices Alito, Thomas and Gorsuch support the Unitary Executive (as well as Supreme Court Justice Kavanaugh who didn’t rule on this case), this report continues, the “Deep State” was left shattered and reeling after Obama appointed Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan not only sided with the Unitary Executive, but wrote the majority opinion supporting it—a not very surprising stance taken by Kagan, though, as she had spent years as Obama’s solicitor general defending President Bush’s Unitary Executive orders against “Deep State” attacks.

Critical to note about these vast Unitary Executive powers now residing in the hands of President Trump, this report further details, is that they’ve been long championed by the secretive American think tank Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS)—one of whose most powerful executive directors was the late and feared top CIA official Ray Cline—who was, also, the father-in-law of the equally feared CIA operative Stefan Halper—who’s most infamously known as being in charge of the CIA spying operation by the 1980 Ronald Reagan presidential campaign against President Jimmy Carter that became known as “Debategate”—as well has his being exposed for his being a part of the spying operation against the Trump campaign in 2016.
Less well known about CIA operatives Stefan Halper and Ray Cline, though, this report notes, was their taking under their wings a young CIA operative in the early 1970’s whom they groomed for power in both the President Reagan and President George H.W. Bush administrations—who is now the most powerful proponent for the Unitary Executive—and is known to the American people today as Attorney General William Barr.
With Kremlin analysts fully expecting President Trump to name Barr as his Attorney General upon taking power in January-2017, and as Trump himself so stated, this report continues, the “Deep State” coup plot against him necessitated his keeping Barr waiting on the sidelines until he was needed to do a clean-up operation—but during whose wait, openly declared that Hillary Clinton’s crimes must be prosecuted—as well as his sending to the US Justice Department a 19-page legal memorandum titled “Mueller’s “Obstruction” Theory”, which detailed how it was impossible to claim a President could obstruct justice merely because they exercised their Executive Branch duties as laid out in the US Constitution.
On 14 February 2019, this report further notes, William Barr became the 85th United States Attorney General—that was followed 11-days later, on 25 February, by his Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein appearing at the Unitary Executive stronghold Center for Strategic and International Studies where he declared:
There’s a knee-jerk reaction to suggest that we should be transparent about what we do in government.
But there are a lot of reasons not to be transparent about what we do in government.
There may be legitimate reasons for making exceptions, but as a general principle, in my view, the Department of Justice is best served when people are confident that ... when we’re investigating American citizens in particular, we’re going to do it with appropriate sensitivity to the rights of uncharged people.

With these powerful Unitary Executive forces supporting President Trump firing their first direct retaliatory salvo against the “Deep State” on 25 February, this report concludes, Attorney General Barr quickly pressed the attack against these coup-plotting actors by ending the Special Counsel probe into Trump, revealing that no Trump-Russia conspiracy ever existed, and his personally clearing Trump of any obstruction charge—that he followed yesterday by confirming his investigation into the spying on the Trump campaign—and today his preparing to arrest and criminally charge former top Obama lawyer Gregory Craig—all of which clearly shows that Trump’s forces are now preparing to end this war by completely obliterating the “Deep State”, and anyone else who dares to stand in their way as this modern day gunfight-showdown nears its climax.
