FDA Vax Citizens' Petition Submitted: Tracking Number: 1k3-98nr-sky1

A coalition of health freedom advocates filed today a formal Citizens' Petition under the Administrative Procedures Act (APA) demanding that FDA suspend all current vaccine drug approvals due to the failure of FDA or HHS to enforce the provisions of the 1986 vaccine safety law, including the failure to provide to Congress any of that law's annual mandated reports on vaccine safety -- thirty years of unlawfully "approved" vaccines!

We need the Health Ranger's support for this important initiative.

The coalition is represented by California lawyer Kent Heckenlively, father of two vax injured children, and author of several books on health issues.

The APA requires that FDA respond to the Petition within 90 days.

This action is in response to the Senate's recent pro-mandate hearings (at which only Rand Paul stood up for Informed Consent) and is grounded in the FOIA request completed by Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., Esq a few months ago that contains an admission in a court document that the law was violated.

This smoking gun is still hot.
