If you're wondering what's happening with food stamps in March 2019, you're not alone! The government shutdown wreaked havoc on the food stamps system.

Many households have long since run out of food stamps, and most are grappling with the uncertainty left behind after the government reopened. No food stamps funds have been disbursed since February's payment was issued in late January... and many people are unsure when their next food stamps funds will be available.

Fortunately, we have good news! We were able to figure out exactly what the March 2019 food stamps plan is!

Although the plan varies by state, all states will disburse food stamps funds in March 2019.

States have generally opted for one of these plans:
-Some states are paying all food stamps funds on the 1st.
-Some states are staggering their disbursements over certain dates.
-Some states are dividing the March 2019 food stamps payment into two payments that will be sent on different days.
-Some states have already resumed their normal food stamps schedule.
