But I want to especially call your attention to the following Q post, regarding "zero day", which I assume is D-Day for the DECLASsed FISA documents to go public showing a coup attempt to over throw a duly elected president (ie, treason at the highest levels of the prior White House administration):

Chatter uptick re: how to effectively prevent cross-talk re: anti-narrative across all social media/online platforms.
Trump Team are picking up an uptick in chatter regarding how the Deep State/Cabal plans to prevent the truth from coming out, how to keep their false narrative going on all social media and online platforms. Cross talk = alternative narratives that conflict with the official narrative (LIES). Cross talk appears to be websites where fellow Patriots discuss what is really going on, and together they piece together the truth, underneath all the nonstop lies fed to us by lame stream media. So such websites where people freely discuss things, must be shut down, by the deep state. KNOW THAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT THIS WEBSITE too!!!
Ability to prevent cross-talk narrows comms only to FAKE NEWS which provides for more control over what is released to inform the public.
The deep state wants to prevent access to websites where people freely discuss what is really going on, so that their official narrative (official LIES) don't unravel so fast, as has been happening lately.
A series of scenarios is currently being conducted ['game the sys'] to test response, risk, and calc results.
The deep state is currently testing different approaches to remove access on the net to cross talk social media websites. (Yes, one day, in recent days I suddenly had no access to Voat/GreatAwakening. Came back in a half hour and it was fine again. Maybe that was one of the tests.)
'Censorship' [added] layers of inserted code 'through keyword targeting' in bio, history, and comments + indiv platform mods has failed to curtail the problem.
Additional layers of censorship have failed to stop the American People from discovering and sharing the Truth. I'm a Reddit refugee where we got shut down without notice TWICE, just for mentioning the 17th letter of the alphabet (Q)!
They have even installed corrupt moderators on these websites, and that too has failed to stop the truth from getting out....(this is why good posts on this website, immediately get a large number of downvotes, while it is new, to try to prevent the post from being read. You watch, this post will get a large number of down votes right off the bat.)
'China-Russia-Iran' 'fake' take-down hacks of select platforms (for maintenance) is one scenario being game-played. The deep state is planning to just take down certain key websites/platforms, and blame it on "maintenance" or blame it on China, or Russia or Iran hackers.

Countermeasures in place. Patriots are to have no fear of these evil plans because Trump Team have anticipated this potential move and counter measures are already in place, .......

Think Emergency Alert System. Recall the Emergency Alert system that Trump tested on Oct 3, 2018, sending a text message out to everyone's cell phones? That will be available for Trump to use if websites are taken down.
Think WH controlled new RT 'news' website (WH=White House, RT=Real Time) Ah, this is great, looks like the White House will have a NEW real time news website that will go online, if social media platforms get taken down.
Think WH controlled new video stream platform The White House will have their own new video stream platform that will be controlled entirely by the White House.

Think Here. I am thinking, and I am wondering if Q is talking about Martial Law here. Just speculating.
Should this occur, immediate steps will be taken to classify each as 'Public Utility' (essential public services) to gain appropriate gov regulation (control).
So IF the deep state decides to take down key websites we rely upon to discuss the news and break down the news to get to the truth, Trump has the option of immediately declaring that these social media websites are "Public Utilities/essential public services", so that the U.S. government can take control of these websites. My speculation: this is what happens under Martial Law. I think Q is warning us that IF the deep state starts taking down websites, Trump might have to declare Martial Law and take control over communications. Or maybe Trump doesn't have to declare martial law, just issue an Executive Order to take over social media and get them back up and running but under Gov't control....but it sure sounds like one aspect of Martial Law to me.
Why do we make things public?
So we are forewarned and can prepare ourselves, mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually, and there will be no panic among the American People. Think about it, they have to tell us ahead of time, why this might be necessary, because we will be in a period of Truth Black Out when it happens, with only LIES from lame stream media. They will say Trump is over stepping his bounds and trying to take over the news, when in fact we already know our news has been taken over by evil people, and they haven't reported the TRUTH in decades!!
Plus, if these worst case scenarios occur, we will know to look to our cell phones for emergency text messages, as well as look for a new website of real news coming straight from the White House. God Bless Trump and his Team for planning appropriate counter messages to keep the Truth going out. And thanks for the heads up!

PS: We KNOW from previous Q posts that if the deep states takes down the internet altogether, Trump Team have counter measures already in place to quickly restore the net. Have no fear, Trump Team have ALL the bases covered.
UPDATE: Just read SerialBrain2's latest decoding, and he seems to think that something significant might happen on either Feb 20 or Feb 21.

Maybe the "something big coming" that Q keeps warning us about this week??? It might be the DECLAS. Which if it is the DECLAS, anything can happen, we need to be ready for anything. Already unhinged left wingnuts might riot or God only knows what. So just get prepared. If things get out of hand, Trump can legally declare martial law within minutes and restore order.
