The solution to end this cycle and let go of the preoccupation with the issue is self-healing and releasing and forgiving the past by embracing the spiritual truth of one's innate connection to the Divine/Spiritual Source. Self-love and self-acceptance makes us immune to anyone who may wish to reject us and we don't need to direct our energy and attention toward those who in their minds hate or reject us.
