Under what law or theory of law do corporations have citizens?
The whole expatriation scheme is another corporate enticement to slavery.

The argument put forward is that the corporation doing business as a government is illegitimate.

Giving credence to known illegitimate corporate structure by use of the same corporations escape clauses is double minded.

On the one hand the premise is that US CITIZEN is an invalid identifier, then on the other hand that same corporation that misidentified one as a citizen offers escape from the misidentification through the same mechanism that misidentified one in the first place is insanity.

For years and years I have asked these purveyors of this corporate support system why any American would allow the corporate identification of ‘ national ‘ to attach to any one, particularly when the purveyors deem the corporation illegitimate.

Never received an answer.

A simple reading of the contracts founding our countries, identifying the parties to the contracts, and identifying the contracts servants exposes who the principals are and their proper identification.

A single minded American understanding their true positions, does not need their servants or corporate provider of services, determination of their standing or capacity, in order to know their Citizen capacity. That need is an exercise of the slave needing the masters blessing to identify themself.

A simple Declaration issued from the correct standing and capacity places the illegitimate operators of government in the position to declare and prove their authority.

The governments failure to prove authority to identify any American as subject to legislative fiat, or definitions, while attempting to control any American is an exercise of SLAVE MANAGEMENT.

In the real world of political relationships two very simple statements will expose a path to clear thinking and understanding.

If you do not define your self, your standing, capacities, legal relationships, some one will do it for you and hold you to their powers.

Going to the sewer, corrupted government, to get a clean glass of water is insanity.
