Franco-Italian relations have reached their lowest point after Italian Deputy Prime Minister Luigi Di Maio in his capacity as 5 Star Movement leader met with Yellow Vest leaders who are running for European elections in May.
French President Emmanuel Macron went to Russia to lecture President Putin on Peter the Great and Russian history, met President Trump in an attempt to embarrass him and treat him like a child, told Hungarians how to run their affairs, complains because Turkey goes after coup plotters and the Syrian branch of the PKK. Whenever leaders like the ones mentioned responded, he did not take it well – a standard operating mode for Emmanuel Macron.
Emmanuel Macron thinks highly of himself once vowing to govern like Jupiter and comparing himself to Napoleon.
When dealing with fundamental disagreements on policy he isn’t exactly the rational leader either. At the G7 while leaders like Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and Italian Prime Minister Guiseppe Conte met with Trump to try to address disagreements, Macron, instead, threatened that the US can be kicked out of the G7 for tariffs on steel and aluminum. Emmanuel Macron said at his UN General Assembly France won’t trade with you if you aren’t part of the Paris climate accord. Macron, the fake anti-protectionist, said that they would block the EU-MERCOSUR (Brazil, Uruguay, Argentina, Paraguay) trade deal if President Jair Bolsonaro didn’t follow the Paris climate accord. But the Paris Accord has done nothing to address real polluters like China whose carbon emissions are at a 7 year high.
Macron starts fights then complains when his targets fight back, but something changed went he went after Italy.
The historically unpopular French leader in June started his campaign to attack the Italian government calling them “populist leprosy” and then when Italy blocked migrant ships like the Aquarius the French leader condemned the actions as irresponsible while not letting even its territory of Corsica let the ship dock there. The French leader only singled out Italy despite other nations like Malta refusing to let the ship in.
France routinely tries to force migrants back into Italy, turning migrants away from France saying but but but the Dublin rule. These lying demagogues don’t want to take these migrants in at the level Italy has had to, they want Italy to be screwed over on migrant deals the way Macron wants the US to continue to be screwed on deals like trade and NATO.
Macron has continually thrown temper tantrums over the fact Italy wasn’t giving human traffickers another route with which to exploit vulnerable migrants. Human trafficking has often been ignored by the populist Government in Rome, but a couple of weeks ago crybaby Emmanuel pushed the government too far and Italy’s Deputy Prime Minister Luigi Di Maio decided to inform the public of a fact that few outside of Africa know, France may be engaged in a sort of neocolonialism in Africa.
“There are dozens of African countries where France is printing a currency of its own, the Franc of the colonies, of which France’s debts are financed,” Di Maio said. “If France didn’t have African colonies, it would be the 15th world economic power.” He also called for France to be sanctioned for their colonialist actions in Africa.
“It is as if these African nations are paying French banks to hold their money,” Ndongo Samba Sylla, a Senegalese economist, said. “The C.F.A. franc is the last colonial currency in activity.”
First of all the former French President Jacques Chirac admitted: “we have to be honest and acknowledge that a big part of the money in our banks comes precisely from the exploitation of the African continent.”
France Afrique is a key term to understand when talking about France’s role in Africa in our current time. It refers to the actions the policies of a network Charles de Gaulle and Jacques Foccart t established of African politicians leaders and businessmen to maintain control of former African colonies. Many of these African nations are very resource rich with lots of oil gold diamonds silver gas and other resources.
French companies have massive investments across Africa and they have often been ensnared in scandals like the Elf Oil Company Scandal in 1994 which showed bribes paid by the company to African to secure French rights to local oil of which the oil wealth barely if at all gets to the people of these African nations.
France provides the currencies to 12 former colonies and 2 other African nations they supply the government through the West African Franc and the Central African Franc, and the wealth of these African nations is controlled by the French treasury! France says the use of the CFA Franc and the WFA Franc, which African states have no control over, brings stability to the countries. These countries can’t control their economic policies. Paris claims that the currency brings stability to these countries which is laughable because if you exclude the problems with the literacy rates, conflicts, and disease epidemics across these countries where 12 of the 14 countries have a GDP per capita below $2,000 and in the countries where it is higher, oil-rich Gabon and Equatorial Guinea are far below what their economic potential is as the leaders steal much of the wealth and France gives its blessing as long as they stay using the CFA or WFA Franc.
France summoned the Ambassador of Italy to complain over Di Maio’s comments.
Italian Deputy Prime Minister Matteo Salvini who has worked very closely with the new government in Libya in fighting illegal immigration and who Italy has put a lot of effort into supporting has said that France doesn’t care about a peaceful solution in the failed state.
France was the leader in Europe in the war against Muammar Gaddafi who Paris despised because the Arab nationalist went against the interests of the French regarding oil in the region. With Obama’s blessing, they led a massive bombing campaign against the Libyan leader’s forces. Libya under Gaddafi had equal rights, the country was safe, it was the most prosperous nation in Africa, literacy rates rose dramatically under Gaddafi, they had n0 debt, it was one of those countries that globalist nations really couldn’t wage an economic war against so they went and bombed Libya into the stone age. Ever since Libya has descended into being a failed state where slavery returned, the country is in a civil war and France has been one of the countries who has stood in the way of attempts to try to bring peace to Libya.
Italy is trying to help things in Africa but the French have been the most destructive force in Africa possible.
France who routinely interferes in Italian politics became absolutely enraged after Deputy Prime Minister Luigi Di Maio went to Paris to meet Yellow Vest European Election candidates in his capacity as 5 Star Movement leader, and he said,
“Today with Alessandro Di Battista [fellow M5S politician], we made a trip to France and we met the leader of the Yellow Vests Cristophe Chalençon and the candidates in the European elections…
“This is the souvenir photo of this beautiful meeting, the first of many, in which we talked about our countries, social rights, environment, and direct democracy.
“The winds of change have crossed the Alps. I repeat. The winds of change have crossed the Alps.”
Di Maio in January said
“Yellow Vests, do not weaken!”
“In France, as in Italy, politics has become deaf to the needs of citizens who have been kept out of the most important decisions affecting the people. The cry that rises strongly from the French squares is ultimately: ‘let us participate!’” he said.
France recalled its ambassador from Italy for consultations after the political meeting ahead of the European elections as France’s foreign ministry spokesman hypocritically said,
“This new provocation is not acceptable between neighboring countries and partners in the European Union.”
“Mr Di Maio, who holds government responsibilities, must take care not to undermine, through his repeated interferences, our bilateral relations, in the interest of both France and Italy,” he rambled on.
All France does is interfere in Italian politics and try to tell the Italian people just what to do but then they throw a temper tantrum because Di Maio met Yellow Vest candidates for the European elections in his capacity as 5 Star Movement leader.
The French are a great people, they are sick and tired of Emmanuel Macron, they want someone who puts them first, and the Macron reign of stupidity and incompetence will end.
