As you know, I am living in Austria, a member state of the EU, therefore the attached documents are written in German.

One of it is a forfeiture order in the amount of 108.500,00 EUR proving not only the lawlessness we have in our country but that the courts and the law itself became a tool of evil. The second is my answer to the ministry of the interior. There exists neither a valid contract nor a defending lawyer for the forfeiture order consequently this means plain and simple thievery by law.

As real journalism is dead and censorship omnipresent I thought of you as one of my reliable friends that it could be helpful contacting you for helping me to spread the word as far and wide as it gets.

Betrifft: Aufklärung eines Justizskandals in Bezug auf Handlungen von Justiz und Exekutive, die alle Anzeichen eines konspirativen, organisierten Verbrechertums offenbaren.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren!

Dank Ihrer Mittäterschaft hat das organisierte Verbrechen hierzulande, gegenwärtig und durch Fakten belegt, ein Ausmaß erreicht, dass jede Bananenrepublik vor Neid erblassen lässt.

Bevor ich jedoch auf den aktuellen Anlass dieses Schreibens näher eingehe, möchte ich Ihnen eines, was eigentlich unter geistig gesunden, erwachsenen Menschen selbstverständlich sein sollte, kurz und klar ans Herz legen und zu verstehen geben.

Ihr alle habt ein schweres Defizit, an dem Ihr leidet und das eure Evolution in die mentalen Bereiche verhindert. Was euch fehlt ist die Würde der Seele. Ohne diese Würde könnt ihr weder mit euch selbst ins Klare kommen oder richtig umgehen noch eine intakte Familie erwarten, ganz zu schweigen von einer funktionierenden Gesellschaft. Dies ist der Grund warum ich keinen von euch respektiere oder als mündig betrachte.

Nun zu den gegenwärtigen Sauereien von diesem kriminellen Kindergarten, den 1) Nazi-Style kangaroo courts in Austria, wie ich sie nenne, die mich zu diesem Akt des Handelns bewegen.

Als PDF-Datei beigefügt, eine heute erhaltene 2) Exekutionsbewilligung vom Bezirksgericht Melk über 108.500,00 EUR. Wie zu sehen ist, gibt es, unter vertreten durch, keinen Eintrag bei der verpflichteten Partei. Der Spaßvogel, 3) Rechtsanwalt Mag. Dr. Gimpl, der zuvor ohne Mandat als mein Anwalt angeführt wurde, wird nicht mehr als Vertreter angegeben.

Nun zu dem Rechtsanwalt der betreibenden Partei, Dr. Sebastian Wiese. Dieser Rechtsanwalt, Dr. Sebastian Wiese, war es auch, der unserem Bürgermeister, Anton Gruber, und dem Gemeinderat nicht nur geraten sondern auch mit möglichen rechtlichen Schritten gedroht hat, falls sie meinem 4) „Ersuchen um Abstimmung durch den Gemeinderat zwecks Mithilfe der Aufklärung eines Korruptionsskandals im Interesse der Bürger.“ zustimmen. Da an der Aufklärung dieses Korruptionsskandals ein nicht zu leugnendes überwiegendes öffentliches Interesse besteht, füge ich als Beweis hierfür, eine 5) E-Mail vom 5. Dezember 2014, als weiteres PDF-Dokument bei.
