Friends and Associates:

Will tonight’s State of the Union address be a nail-biting edge of our seat speech that will rock the Dems into a frenzy during…. if not after his speech?

According to the ZeroHedge article below, the SOTU tonight will be the typical jargon of unity and highlights of past accomplishments and the need for border security among the other expected (usual) topics.

Will President Trump declare a National Emergency tonight?

He definitely could, and while having the attention of the world, he would (or will) lay-out his reasons, including the latest intel concerning the approaching 12,000 plus refugee/invaders openly talking about “NOT going through legal point of entries” and he will emphasize the reasons why the Wall must be built now.

However, it is already being built under 10 USC&284 by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers while 4,000 additional troops are on their way to the southwest border.

So…why all the hoopla about declaring a National Emergency?

Because, by doing so brings full attention to the fact, the Pelosi team of Democrats do not have America’s safety and best interest in-mind and Trump can show the hypocrisy (by the Left) to undermine Trump’s presidency.

If he does go that route in his speech, and if he calls-out the Left’s hypocrisy about building a Wall, the Dems under Obama wanted in the first place….it will be fun to watch Pelosi, sitting right behind him. She will definitely have an extra dose of Prozac in her pocket for tonight.

If Trump goes after the late term / post abortion issue, I expect to see a handful of Dems dressed in pink (or black) get-up and walk out.

In any event….this is Trump’s chance to show how evil and disgusting the Dem leaders are, but because of push-back from the Republican (RINOS) he will be very subdued (and boring).

What can backfire on the Dems is their prepared post [SOTU] speech after the show….

The news cycle tomorrow will be alive and well with a counter-punch from Trump and Fox News.

Trump must be cautioned as to how he addresses the DACA issue and (somehow) explain…it’s “NOT Amnesty” he is offering, but he can also use DACA (Dream Act) as a ‘no deal’ compromise if and when a National Emergency declaration happens.

YES….it would be “Amnesty” and there’s really no way around it !

If and when the National Emergency is declared, Trump knows the Pelosi team will take it to the 9th Circuit Court, but all in vein as 10 USC&284 will keep the Wall going and the fake stream news cycle will continue to keep the subject matter going and the debate will help Trump sail through the 2020 re-election.

The name of the game is to hold DACA over the Dem’s heads and will be the reason why the Dreamers will lose faith in the Democrat Communist Party as being nothing more than hypocrites. THEN, just before the election, Trump signs an Executive Order to give Dreamers a 3 year extension.
