2. You are peaceful

3. You have no needs, wants or desires that must be satisfied for you to be at peace.
4. Life does not have to happen your way for you to be at peace.
5. When life doesn’t go your way, you are still at peace.
6. You do not get irritated, upset or angry; no matter what happens or doesn’t happen.
7. You control your mind, its thoughts and emotions; they never control you.
8. You are not identified, attached or entangled with anyone or anything.
9. You have no likes, dislikes, opinions, biases, prejudices, judgements, no conclusions.
10. You have experienced, thus know, you are boundless, limitless, infinite.
11. You know your body is temporary bound limited finite.
12. You know life always happens its way and seldom your way, and you’re at peace.

Life happens its way and you’re at peace with that.
You are at peace with yourself, others and life itself.
You are at peace with what you are, what others are, what life is.
You are at peace with what you do, what others do, what life does.
You are always pleasant inside no matter how unpleasant it is outside.
You always work to make life pleasant for yourself and others, but if you fail, you remain pleasant inside.

You live in the real world of chaos and deal with it as needed, deal with it the way it works, while inside you are at peace (even if it does not work).

You accept the way you are, others are and how life is.
