Longtime Lurker, NOMO CHOMO here (Some may know me from another forum as "S.I.N."). In this series of posts, I'll be exploring "The Order of AHEPA." I believe this organization is vital to the "Pizzagate" investigation (beyond direct ties to ALEFANTIS family) as it provides vital context into the history of child trafficking in the USA.

VAMPIRES of AHEPA a Case Study in “Charitable” Child Trafficking

The modern refugee crisis is a manufactured event. It follows a long line of [CIA, Deepstate, 5 eyes, British Crown, Council of 300, Vatican, Zionist (insert your favorite conspiratorial elite hierarchy here)] sponsored destabilization efforts, which create “orphan” or “refugee” children. These separate organizations sometimes work in tandem, and and other times compete, in worldwide destabilization/pillaging efforts. During the “Greek Orphan Crisis” the Displaced Person’s Act redefined “Orphan” from a child with no parents, to 1 parent, to 2 parents (who are “incapable” of providing care to their children). This forms the “legal” basis for how children are acquired and trafficked, even today. The order of AHEPA is a Greek-American, Masonic, CIA sponsored, organization that kidnapped, imported, and sold Greek children internationally for 40+ years. Under the guise of charity, AHEPA systematized a “rat-line” from Greece to the US and Canada. By funding and building hospitals and orphanages, kidnapping babies under the guise of “stillbirth”, forging birth certificates, and charging exorbitant “placement fees,” they created a child trafficking apparatus (with the support of the US GOVERNMENT) that still operates today.

Part 1: Alefantis family ties to AHEPA

James Achilles Alefantis is the son of Louis “Lee” Achilles Alefantis. James’ grandmother was Helen Rapas Alefantis. Her obituary used to be online @ https://www.legacy.com/obituaries/name/helen-alefantis-obituary?pid=87763024 (archived proof @ http://archive.is/fvNo5) It listed her as a member of the Daughters of Penelope.

Though someone deleted the obituary, a tribute comments that Helen rose to prominence in the Daughters of Penelope/AHEPA (the women’s order of AHEPA) & “Lee” Alefantis “participated” in the Sons of Pericles (the young men’s order of AHEPA). “Young” is a relative term, as the order extended membership to age 27 (and sometimes past that for leadership positions).

We have all enjoyed knowing her and of course, your Dad (was somewhat of a relative or...) for oh so many many years. *In performing the second part of the initiation it is necessary that the President instruct the Brothers to keep absolutely quiet. Many Brothers feel that the second part is given in order to have some fun, but in reality with the second part you are teaching the candidates the lesson you expect them to learn. If there are many candidates then the President will ask the assembly as to how many they wish to have tried. If one or two, then the President asks the Captain of the Guard to bring in all the candidates with the exception of the ones to be tried. The President then will immediately appoint two Brothers, one for the prosecution and the other for the defense. These Brothers to speak from their seats without coming forward. While this is done the Captain of the Guard will stand behind the candidate, indifferent, and when, if the candidate marks someone’s name, he will pound his sword upon the desk, grabbing the candidate by the shoulder.* The President will say: Captain of the Guard, what is the meaning of the disturbance?

Captain of the Guard: This Candidate is about to violate his oath and obligation

President: Bring him before me.

*Whereupon the Captain of the Guard, taking the slip of paper and the Candidate, he stands before the President. * President: What evidence have you that he is about to violate his oath and obligation.

Captain of the Guard: He was about to write the name of someone who has committed wrong to him. The President, turning to the Candidate: Were you about to write someone’s name down who has committed wrong to you? The Candidate will answer yes or no. If he says yes, then the President will ask the Candidate how long he has been in this country. If he understands the English language, whether he understands his oath and obligation, whether he remembers the paragraph where it says “I will speak evil of no one” After he gets the answer of the Candidate, the President will say: I am very much surprised to see that you have so little regard for the oath you have taken. A few minutes ago you have sworn to speak evil of no one and here I find you violated that very same oath. If I had the power I would have you expelled immediately, but since that power rests with the Brothers, I will consult them in regard to your act.

Brothers, you have heard what this Candidate has done, He has already violated his oath.. What is your pleasure? Assembly: Put him out. *If there are some Brothers who say give him a chance, then the President will ask for a rising vote at which time the majority should rise for expulsion * President: Candidate, I’m sorry, but you see yourself that it is the desire of the majority for you to go out. Captain of the Guard, you will conduct this man out, giving him his check. *At this time, while the Captain of the Guard is conducting the Candidate out, the Brother who was appointed to defend the Candidate should get up and ask the President to say a few words in favor of the Candidate. After the defense finishes then the Brother who has been appointed for the prosecution should begin to speak against the Candidate. When he is through the President will ask the candidate if he has anything to say himself before he takes another ballot as there seems to be dissension among the members and in order that justice might be given the Candidate. When the Candidate is through the President will again ask for another rising vote and again the majority should be for his expulsion. * President: I am sorry, but you see yourself the majority wishes you to go out. Inasmuch as I have given you the grip and our secret word, it is necessary that you toke another oath that you will not reveal anything to anyone. And the President will ask the Captain of the Guard to blindfold the Candidate and conduct him before the Altar, cause him to kneel. At this time the spanker should be filled with a blank and one of the Brothers stand behind the Candidate. The President should get down from his rostrum and give the Candidate the following oath:

I solemnly swear that I will not reveal anything that I have seen or heard here this evening. If I do, may they do to me as they do to me now.

The Brother who stands there with a SPANKER should strike the Candidate, causing the spanker to explode, the hoodwinks to be immediately brought down and the President congratulating the Candidate while the Brothers applaud. After the applause is over and while he holds the hand of the Candidate the President will say: Speak evil of no one. I further promise to live by the Golden Rule and ‘Do unto others as I would have them do unto me,’ and guide my actions so that they may be a shining light and example to my fellowmen and let my heart spread the mantle of charity over the actions of every man in his weakness and to help create a spirit of Brotherly Love and Fidelity among men. * Whereupon, the Brothers congratulate the candidate. If, however, the candidate does not give any name then the same procedure can take place charging the candidate with disobedience. Or if the Secretary wishes he may ask the candidate to put down on a piece of paper the secret word and if the Candidate does he can be charged for disclosing a secret and can be tried the same way as heretofore provided.

In many Chapters where they have different devices, electric mats, or chairs, or any of those and they wish to have some fun, either with the same or another Candidate they can do so. Some one of the Brothers gets up and tells the President that he has heard this and that about the Candidate and that he wishes to make sure whether it is so or not, The President then asks the Lodge what is their pleasure and the Lodge answers: Let us try him.

Then the President orders the Captain of the Guard to prepare the Candidate according to the device that they have, but by no means should this take place before the real trial takes place which is one of the most important ports of the initiation. After that’s over* the President will say: My Brothers, I congratulate you for becoming members of our Order; with the trial that you have witnessed we wish to teach you three lessons: Speak evil of no one. If you can not say anything good about a man, say nothing at all. If you did not give anyone’s name, you would be tried just the same for disobeying the officer. With this, we want to teach you that obedience is the paramount duty of every Ahepan. With that I do not mean that you should obey blindly. You have a perfect right to express your opinions in the lodge room, but when the majority speaks, then that is final. And the third lesson that we wish to impress upon your mind is secrecy.”

AHEPA TIES TO THE MILITARY & CIA

Being a secret society composed of ethnic Greeks, US military intelligence was especially interested in recruiting AHEPA members. During WWII, the precursor to the CIA, the OSS (Office of Strategic Services), formed special Greek regiments to provide wartime surveillance, and counter British influence in the area. As WWII ended, these Greek American Operational Groups became more intricately tied to US Cold War efforts. To “contain communism” (the new Truman Doctrine), US provided decades of “aid” and “military protection” to Greece & Turkey.

In 1987, the 122 regiment files were declassified by the CIA. However, some claim there was an additional regiment that recruited Ivy-League educated Greeks into the OWI (office of Wartime Intelligence)

“Most Greek American OSS operatives who ended up serving in Greece did not come through 122 or even the Army at all but were Ivy League Greek Americans recruited directly through an operation coordinated by OWI (which was just as much a precursor to CIA as OSS was) Greek desk head, Harry Lagoudakis together with the WWII AHEPA Supreme President George Vournas. The Mousalimas history linked and your entry primarily reflect the radio operator group which was a fraction of the actual effort. A lot of this is tangled up with the fact that the British blocked deployment of the 122 and 2671. This had less to do with the concept of Greece being in "the British Sphere" than the SOE's main concern -- blocking EAM/ELAS. In memo after memo the SOE accused the OSS, and American and Greek American OSS operatives, of being "leftists." Greek American OSS involvement, or more precisily the hampering of their invovlemnt in fighting the Germans, Italians and Bulgarians in Greece, is tied up with the history of British involvment in polarizing the resistance and creating a lot of the aftermath.”

Interestingly, I’ve found no trace of a “Harry Lagoudakis” working for the US Government outside of his Springfield College Alumni newspaper in 1948. I suspect this is due to parts of the Greek Operation still being classified.

In World War II he was commissioned Captain in the Army of the United States and was separated from that service with the rank of Major. The situation in Europe was getting darker by the day and Roosevelt had asked that Ahepa assist in mobilizing public opinion in favor of exchanging “old United States destroyers to Great Britain for bases in the Americas.” As chairman of the convention, I was instrumental in preparing appropriate resolutions for the consideration of the assembly: They were unanimously approved.
The 1942 Ahepa Convention was held in Atlanta, Georgia. Ahepa was already busy in World War II activities, and I, as Supreme President, vigorously intensified these efforts. We organized the fraternity into Ahepa War Service Units, whose efforts were directed toward war bonds,4 selling American Red Cross campaigns, Greek War Relief and National War Chest campaigns, civilian defense, blood donations, hospital visits, and preparation of Red Cross supplies. Speaker of the House of Representatives Sam Rayburn, assisted by the Supreme President of Ahepa, Lyndon Johnson, then congressman, inaugurated the Ahepa’s sale of war bonds over a national radio broadcast.”

[Because George C. Vournas failed his physical examination, another AHEPA Ivy Leaguer, Costa Couvaras was recruited for the intelligence mission]

“In late 1942 the Office of Strategic Services (OSS) was eager to recruit Americans of Greek descent into its service. Members of Ahepa in and out of uniform were urged to apply for acceptance in the OSS. This is how Costa Couvaras was recruited. Costa Couvaras had been in the United States since 1935. He studied political science and history at Cornell University receiving B.A. and M.A. degrees. His first job was with the National Herald, a Greek daily published in New York. After joining the OSS, he was dispatched to Cairo.
In the spring of 1944 he was sent into enemy-occupied Greece as head of an OSS mission. He eventually succeeded in reaching the EAM (Ethniko Apeleftherotiko Metopo, Greek Liberation Movement) command in the mountains of Greece. His reports were eagerly awaited by his higher-ups at the OSS headquarters. “PERICLES”—his assumed name—became famous for his objectivity and lucidity. His immediate superior, Arthur J. Goldberg, postwar Supreme Court Justice and U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations said:
“Costa Couvaras served under me with great distinction and although naturally proud of his origins, as we all should be, he remained faithful throughout to his sworn duty to forward, to the best of his ability, the interests of the United States. I never found in his work of the OSS that he ever deviated from this solemn obligation.”
Couvaras saw the EAM as a patriotic movement dedicated to the liberation of Greece and so reported.Costa was with the EAM command until liberation. As liaison officer he promised the command of EAM that America would stand by them. He was given the Bronze Star medal with the following citation: “First Lieutenant Costa G. Couvaras, performed meritorious service as chief of an intelligence operation in occupied Greece from March to October, 1944. Penetrating the mountain regions he established contact with and gained the confidence of leaders of the Greek Resistance Movements, secured and transmitted important political and military information and assisted other United States intelligence missions in their operations.”
The war in Greece was upgraded. From civil war it became “International Communist aggression,” despite the fact that Stalin—the internationally-acknowledged Communist High Priest—was fighting on the side of Truman. Through a constant barrage of anti-communist statements, news releases and pronouncements from the Pentagon, the State Department and the White House, plus special Presidential messages to the Congress personally delivered, McCarthy’s “anticommunism,” became Truman’s policy. The “Truman Doctrine” was born, inaugurating the era of Cold War.
The U.S. domestic political dialogue soon discovered that “poor Turkey,” which played “footsie” with Hitler during the war, was also “menaced,” and awarded the major part of the “Aid to Greece” [12] program. From there the march proceeded merrily on until every country bordering the Soviet Union was included, making this the third attempt at containment of the Soviet Union. John Foster Dulles extended the principle to encompass the world.”

Finally, the head of the 122nd regiment, Peter Clainos, was a member of the Order of AHEPA, the first Greek graduate of West-Point, and a FOUNDING MEMBER of the Sons Of Pericles.

After aiding the CIA in turning Greece into an American Vassal state, AHEPA began publicly lobbying for "reform" of US immigration and adoption law.

I apologize for the length of this post (it's continued in a comment chain). But it details exactly how the adoption system was "reformed" which actually means codifying legal kidnapping.

Given the previously established context (AHEPA's close ties to the CIA), it's clear that AHEPA lobbied to have unregulated orphan adoptions. I believe this is in exchange for silence for basically spying on and being traitors to their mother country Greece.

Displaced Persons Act

The combination of agency initiative, constituent demand, and cumbersome independent bills led both houses of Congress to pass the Displaced Persons Act in 1948, providing an unprecedented 3,000 non-quota visas to orphaned children-a move that signaled U.S. policymakers’ commitment to caring for foreign orphans. Offering 205,000 visas for displaced persons, this legislation was the first to provide relief because of persecution. But it was the orphan provisions that seemed te most permissive. According to an official legal report from the Displaced Persons Commission, attorneys argued that “the Congress by its legislative treatment of orphans has given very clear evidence that it was intent of Congress to be as liberal as possible as far as this group was and is concerned.

Prompted by a wealthy constituent’s desire to adopt an identified orphan from Poland, Senator Irving M. Ives (R-N.Y.) introduced the orphan provision of the bill to help the “innocent victims of war.” Ives stipulated that “this is not an immigration bill but an expression of the great heart of the United States which always went out to children” and should be kept “separate and distinct from the overall problem of the refugee, the persecuted, and the displaced person or the immigrant.” He also urged the committee not to discriminate on the basis of race or nationality since his bill was intended as humanitarian relief. Yet Ives did not realize his desire for an orphan law that transcended national and racial boundaries, which representatives from both the State Department and the Department of Justice argued would prove extremely difficult to accomplish in light of current immigration law. The DPA’s final version provided three thousand orphan visas apart from standard immigration quotas. It defined orphans as under the age of sixteen, from Italy or the British, French, or American sectors of Germany, and Austria, who were missing both parents-strikingly omitting Japan. Ive’s advocacy, however, had opened the legislative door to orphaned children and brought to the Senate’s attention the plight of children outside Europe.

In the DPA hearings, legislators considered orphan provisions in light of U.S. parents’ demand for adoptable children. Committee members specifically asked, “do you think there will be a sufficient number of citizens...who will qualify in order to adopt a reasonable percentage of these orphans who may desire to come to the United States?” Without the reassurance from the State Department representative, Ben Brown, that their office believed both parents and organizations could care for these orphans, senators were hesitant to bring additional children into the country. This exchange illustrates that the DPA’s orphan provisions partially rested on the existence of a U.S. market for orphans.

U.S. legislators framed the Displaced Persons Act as a beacon of U.S. benevolent intervention, reinforcing the connection between war orphans and national interests. As Rep. Frank Chelf (D-Ky.) gushed, “it is a pleasure indeed to see the law we passed last year is operating and is helping to bring these youngsters into the United States, where we can mold strong, good, substantial, God-fearing, God-loving American citizens of tomorrow from the little, tired, lonely, friendless orphans of teoday.” Spoken during a period of severe immigration restrictions, Chelf’s comment, reminiscent of Emma Lazarus’s “tired, poor, and huddled masses,” signaled the privileged status of orphans and some refugees. Lawmakers extended the popular DPA in 1950 and again in 1951. While the original DPA did not recognize Greek children as displaced persons, Congress modified the 1950 Act to include chidren up to sixteen years old from Greece, and up to ten from European countries not under Soviet control. A significant policy shift, this not only enabled U.S. couples to adopt Greek children but also secured the immigration mechanism for a long-term program in Greece, where orphan estimates were especially high.

The amendment did much more than just extend the provisions governing the age and origin of permitted children. It also crucially redefined the term “orphan” to include children with surviving parents, making it arguably the most significant building block in international adoption. In the original DPA, and all prior temporary measures, orphans were strictly defined as children whose parents had both died or disappeared. The revised law added that a child would also be considered and orphan if he had “been abandoned, or deserted by, or separated or lost from both parents, or who has only one parent due to the death or disappearance of his other parent and the remaining parent is incapable of providing care for such orphan and agrees to release him for emigration and adoption or guardianship.”

When considering lawmakers’ intent behind words like “abandonment” and “separation,” State Department General Counsel James McTigue argued against employing a strict construction of such categories. He contended, “the statutory use of the almost synonymous terms of ‘abandonment,’ ‘dersertion,’ ‘separation,’ ‘loss,’ and ‘disappearance’ is evidence of the fact that the Congress was seeking to cover as many situations...pages 45-46 are not shown in this preview….1947. As the Children’s Bureau repeatedly explained to prospective adoptive parents, European countries were “anxious to keep their children,” even those born and raised in displaced persons’ camps. By mid-1951 the supply of adoptable European children had become so low that the Displaced Persons Commission stopped taking requests for unnamed children unless the family was open to adopting a “negro or Greek child.” The high degree of demand for foreign children who simply were not available for adoption influenced more creative-and potentially more exploitative-avenues for generating a supply of adoptable children. All this became possible because of the DPA’s overly broad directive

Beginning in the 1940s Ernest Mittler (a New York Defense Attorney) investigated domestic baby-selling rings extending across North America and Canada (search “georgia mann”). A vocal advocate for domestic adoption reform, he first discovered AHEPA’s international ring in the 1950’s. In 1959 Stephen S. Scopas, a magistrate who had been appointed by Mayor Robert F. Wagner (and Supreme President of AHEPA) , was indicted on charges of selling 30 Greek children to New York couples. In a scandal that captured front-page headlines, Mr. Scopas was charged with accepting payment for placing the children and for doing so without authorization. Though forced to resign, Mr. Scopas was acquitted. A judge ruled that because the adoptions had been legal in Greece -- as it was believed at the time -- Mr. Scopas could not be convicted in New York. Because adoption laws were considered a “states-rights” issue, they differed widely. This lack of standardization continues to facilitate inter-state and international adoption rings. Thus, AHEPA was able to operate with relative impunity well into the 1970’s (and, I believe, to this day).

OUSTED JUDGE CALLED BY D.A. Still insisting that he is innocent of any wrongdoing, former City Magistrate Stephen S. Scopas was due to show up today in Manhattan District Attorney Frank S. Hogan's office to answer questions about his role in the adoption of Greek orphans and their immigration to this country. Scopas was ordered to undergo the questioning following a report submitted to Mayor Wagner last Friday by Commissioner of Investigation Louis I. Kaplan. On the basis of the report, Wagner asked Scopas to resign as magistrate on Saturday. Several hours after first refusing to do so, Scopas telegraphed his resignation to the mayor.

An Ahepa Convention Committee is considering a plan to establish a Greek counterpart of Father Flanagan's famous Boys Town in Nebraska. Still In the preliminary stage, the plan calls for assistance In obtaining the land a a 15,000-acre tract and construction of dormitories, a school, church, and hospital "somewhere In the United States" which would be known as the Ahepa Home Ahepa leaders said the government probably would be approached. The home would be launched on a small scale, possibly large enough to house 100 each of orphan, made available to Greek war orphans and refugees, primarily, and to orphans and poor aged persons of Greek descent, secondarily. Father of the plan is William Hells, Greek Consul at New Orleans, and wealthy oil operator. Hells, it is understood, stands ready to contribute $100,000 toward a proposed $."100,000 fund for establishment of the project for boys, orphan girls, old men, and old women. From there, the project would be permitted to grow in proportion to its ability to sustain itself. Leaders said that once the war had stopped and the project no longer was required for Greek use alone, it probably would be turned over to the government for Americans generally. It was also expected that government officials would be invited to sit on the board Immediately. Archbishop Athenagoras, of Blessed Memory, founded Saint Basil Academy in 1944 with the valuable assistance of the Greek Orthodox Ladies Philoptochos Society. On March 15, 1944, the Philoptochos purchased the 400-acre Jacob Ruppert estate in Garrison New York, on the shores of the Hudson River, overlooking West Point Academy for only $55,000. It was an era when many large estates were put on the market because of the ever-increasing property taxes. In 1976, a parcel of land encompassing 250 acres (primarily marshland) was sold to the Audobon Society. The Archbishop dreamed of establishing an orphanage or children's home ever since his arrival in the United States in 1931. The Philoptochos purchased the Ruppert estate with the proceeds of two years of the Vasilopita celebrations. The Academy, as envisioned by the late Patriarch Athenagoras, has expanded in scope to be a well equipped Residential Child Care Center, with modern dormitories, a gymnasium/auditorium, indoor swimming pool, beautiful chapel, library and all the necessary comforts of a loving home. The Academy was named for Saint Basil, who was the founder of many orphanages, hospitals, and homes for the elderly in fourth century Caesarea, Asia Minor. He is considered one of the greatest philanthropists of the Church and founder of the modern-day hospital concept.

AHEPA Cooley's Anemia Foundation Cooley’s Anemia, also known as “Thalassemia”, is a rare but fatal genetic blood disorder. It mostly affects people of Mediterranean descent. In its most severe form it requires bone marrow transplants but usually those who are diagnosed experience symptoms of fatigue, weakness, paleness, and slow growth. Many are unaware they are carriers of the genetic disease until either their child suffers from it or a DNA test result is acquired.
