And the Earth became a waste and a desolation.

This is becoming accepted as the accurate interpretation of "the Earth became null and void".

Conditioned thought would presume that waste and desolation mean lifeless. That may not be correct. A city or a nation under severe duress can become wasted and desolate and still be full of life.

And the waters above were separated from the waters below and land was manifested. This doesn't make much sense in terms of the laws of materials.

However, if one views these separations in terms of jurisdiction, it makes perfect sense.

There are two apparent jurisdictions on Earth, the Law of the Sea and the Law of Land, the bar between them being the high tide mark.

The Law of Land is of two parts, civil and criminal. If criminal intent is not present then the matter is civil.

The Law of the Sea is based on contract. You either did or you did not perform condition of contract. If not you are guilty, period.

From a larger viewpoint one might see that the Law of the Sea and it's related manifestations are simply subdivisions of Corporate Law. Consider the term Captains of Industry whether that industry be on land or sea or on Earth or above Earth.

The land of the Earth is less than a major percent of the surface. Most of the surface is sea. The planets and stars constitute a small volume this uni-verse the majority of that volume being vast, empty seas that lie between.

At the time that America was being "discovered" and colonized certain corporations, in the forms of Trading Companies and Religions, came early and set anchors high up on land in anticipation of future events.

One might suspect that other anchors were set upon this Earth in the not so distant past.

At present, on Earth, the Law of Land and the Law of the Sea (Corporate) have become entwined in a jurisdictional Gordian knot. They cannot be separated. Land is no longer manifest. The Earth is a waste and a desolation at this time in terms of apparent jurisdiction.

The waters above (Corporate Law of the Interstellar Sea) were separated from the waters below( Corporate Law of the Earth Sea) and land (Law of the Land, Organic Law) was manifest. The laws of material need not be violated.

Two -apparent- jurisdictions on Earth and one not apparent.

I would imagine that UCC or Uniform Commercial Code is written as Universal Commercial Code in some circles on this Earth.

Its all about com-merce. Common imersion in the greater sea.
