i agree.

for those that aren't righteous yet, i offer this possibility.

we are all children of god; jeshua knew that satan is his spiritual brother. if so, deep within all of us is the energy of god; divine,magical energy. some choose well and experience bliss, happiness and prosperity; others, a lot of pain, suffering and evil shenanigans. is there hope for all? yes.

all you have to do is get out of the practice of inflicting pain on yourself. jeshua said become like little children. did he mean live in a fantasy world and avoid responsibility? no, he meant DON'T TAKE YOURSELF AND LIFE TOO SERIOUSLY. what do kids do that adults don't? jump up and down, twist and turn, run fast and stop quickly; what is the key here? chaotic, playful, unpredictable movement. what a great place to start if one is trapped in darkness. you don't have to run marathons; you don't have to lift heavy weights. but you do have to move your body. try putting your arms up, your hands over your head and twist and shake them. see how good it feels; light and free and easy and tingling. that is breaking your energy loose. do that all over your body to the extent that you can. lie down on your back and put your legs up in the air and shake and twist them. feel the same result as you did with your arms and hands.

rajneesh (now osho) taught a process called dynamic meditation and it is a gift to all who try it. it is a starting place to break those trapped deeply in seriousness loose.

ask god for help in getting to the place mentally,emotionally, physically and spiritually where you want to be. what other prayer is there? if you don't ask, you won't receive. why? because asking is an act of humility. the ego cannot maintain control if you ask god for help.

do deep breathing slowly for about 7 seconds in and then immediately reverse and breathe out for 7 seconds. do this for as little as 2 or 3 minutes and change your energy in a major way.

stop watching bullshit for more than a few minutes a day. take walks. enjoy nature. in order to enjoy it, you have to REALLY look at it. listen to music that you like. soak in a hot bath for more than 20 minutes. get a massage if you can.

this will get you started on the right path. too many people are TENSE. you cannot experience the divine through tension. you have to release it and that takes time and effort.

it took me 48 years to learn this. it doesn't have to take you that long. if you do what i recommended sincerely, you can start to feel results right away. don't give up. ALLOW YOURSELF TO FEEL TINGLING GOOSE BUMPS. that feeling is PURE DIVINE ENERGY. god hid himself in a full body orgasm, lol.

it helps if you don't have to work, but even if you do, once you get the relaxation part going, it can help you do a better job of whatever your work is. i get tension in my back easily and have learned to reach over each shoulder, one at a time, and apply pressure to each major tense point (the one that is the center of the pain, lol).

so we don't have to stand by and do nothing while our compatriots fly off to the stars, although i personally believe that we get to practice some of the things i mentioned here for awhile first. i believe that the major cleanse started on dec. 21, 2012 because that was the moment that we passed the exact physical point of the alignment with the huge sun at the center of the milky way. this is the beginning of the cleansing process. we are just now beginning to see the results of this in the political and social arena. hold onto your hats. after the process is complete, we get to enjoy things for "1000 years", another way of saying until its done.

you are all children of god, and that means that you all are full of the light of god. why not tap into it and feel bliss and happiness instead of worrying and living a miserable life?if you focus on the wrong thing, you get results you don't like. if you focus on a disease instead of the cure, you can die before you wake up.

if god wanted something, he would focus on it and it would happen without any other effort required. we are about to start to experience that because it is time to wake up and grow up into adult mini gods. that energy is available to all of us if we give up our complaining, constant criticism, anger, tension, frustration, pain, soreness, stiffness etc. give up your negativity, take vitamins and minerals, bask in your divinity and watch the fireworks . it's fantastic!
