As an electronic engineer, please explain how an electrical current of three volts will do the job. Voltage is definitely not a measurement of current. Somebody made a very basic mistake there.

Whoever wrote this has no idea of electrical units or electrical terminology. Definitely not written by anyone with even a very basic scientific or electrical engineering knowledge.

"Diffusion current is frequency dependent". Calling BS on that one too. The frequencies are supposed to cause a destructive mechanical resonance in the target cells. You cannot electrocute anything with a flashing light.

The whole explanation is smoke and mirrors and pseudo scientific sounding mumbo jumbo. If it does you good and cures your ailment fine. Miracles do happen, and a positive mental attitude and faith can be a very powerful mechanism.

But please do not confuse light with electricity, or voltage with current, it just makes any explanation sound foolish.
