(Thanks, CM. :) Once upon a time about 120 folks contributed each month. That dwindled to 80 and then dwindled further still - while the actual number of Readers has grown and grown.

RMN has by design always been free to read. Rayelan did that on purpose, knowing that (especially in our earliest days but still true today) the information provided here should not be kept from anyone for lack of a few dollars.

"Free to read" does not mean "costs nothing to provide". Rayelan has bills that must be paid each month, and there are a number of us here essentially doing this work for free, as a labor of love.
