About a week ago I experienced what I think of as "semi-vertigo". It began right away upon awakening and stayed with me for some hours. I didn't feel like things were rolling around but did feel at some risk of losing my balance as I moved about.

This is not the first time this has happened for me, though it does happen only rarely. There never seems to be any obvious reason for it, so I've considered the possibility that it relates to an "up-shift" in Mama Earth's energy levels.

But if that's the case, it seems like lots of folks should be experiencing it at the same time. Maybe they are, but believing it to be a personal/physical matter they aren't talking about it...?
