The Right to travel on a public road is still a protected Right until we "voluntarily" exchange that Right for a privilege. Even though our private automobiles are not commercial vehicles as they are not for hire and therefore most of us never have a passenger manifest or bill of lading, we still acquiesce to the notion that we are somehow engaged in a commercial activity and submit to being licensed... and which license then becomes a legally binding agreement that can be enforced against us via traffic fines and penalties. But see below for some of the high court ruling that confirm that we as Americans can still enjoy the Right to travel on public roads without the state infringing upon that protected Right.

But with that said, what to do if you do not want to engage in this fight and instead wish to continue being licensed as a driver, but still wish to protect your privacy and protect yourself from potential fraud? Well then because of the fact that they are now collecting and selling your personal information, and because their computer systems are not immune from being hacked and your personal sensitive information (including your social security number) could very easily fall into the wrong hands and cause you harm as well as cause you to suffer a financial loss, you need to insist & demand that they provide you with an indemnification agreement spelling out the method by which you will be compensated for any damages that you may suffer as a result of their misuse or abuse or negligent handling of your private and sensitive information which they have chosen to become custodians of.

And then also remember, that as per Blacks Law Dictionary; A "license" is permission to act or to do something that would otherwise be illegal or prohibited. Therefore, everything requiring a license today has been deemed to be "an illegal activity" in the eyes of the state, and prohibited until such time as you obtain a state issued license. Even marriage, which was always recognized as a holy sacrament and a sacred covenant between a man, a woman and God is today deemed to be an illegal act, and only allowed by special permission of the state via a "marriage license" in which the state now also becomes a party to the contract and assumes rights to the product of that union. As a result, your children are no longer today your children as the state holds a higher claim and courts today routinely terminate parental rights.
