A few years ago Patrick Bellringer identified Poof as a truck driver from North Carolina named James Talbert who had been convicted of conspiring to blow up a building(s)in NC.

Bellringer based his claim on what someone had told him. It was all wrong. Poof and his source had the wrong James.
