Another so-called judge appointed by Obama, a radical Yale egghead, has usurped presidential authority in a typically illogical and radical decision.

US District Court agitator plant James E. Boasberg proclaimed that foreigners, who were not yet in the United States and are not American citizens entitled to the rights of this nation, were being denied the right to the opportunity to apply for an immigration program. What Article and section of the Constitution is that found under, “judge?”

Of course no such right exists under the Constitution or federal law, but since when did the law become a factor in the decision making process of Obama’s planted judicial legislators? They make up their own laws and rules on the fly, as is clearly exhibited in this instance. Boasberg is so bad he could almost qualify for a choom bench position in Hawaii.

The dispute arose out of a typical Obama distortion of the law, the English language and common sense – the Entrepreneur Rule. It was an Obama creation designed as a component of the open flood gates invasion, the deception that was substituted under the regime as a replacement for real immigration policy.

Rather than visas, it issues temporary paroles to foreigners, the type of permission to be in the country that AG Loretta Lynch granted to Kremlin operative Natasha Veselnitskaya. The condition for their issuance is described as being for humanitarian reasons or major public benefit. The globalist Obama simply declared that having foreigners agreeing to open up businesses in the US is a major public benefit.

For political reasons, this judge has decided that President Trump is not able to have a different perspective on whether or not a benefit is realized. Once the great Obama has spoken, in this judge’s opinion, none can put asunder his royal decree.

The Obama dictate was a completely new interpretation and application of the visa parole, with the closest previous use being a 2009 grant of parole to Russian and Chinese citizens working in the Northern Mariana Islands.

It was Obama dumping his globalist trash on his successor, slated to have gone into effect in July with an expected 3,000 foreigners taking advantage of it per year. The Trump administration announced a few days prior to it taking effect that it was delaying and would likely cancel the program altogether, one that had never been implemented.

DOJ lawyers questioned the standing of those arguing to impose the rule, since nobody was deported and no one had been granted entry. No one was entitled to any protections under US law. The “Judge” would have none of that America first “nonsense” or a new President’s rights as the elected chief executive of the nation. He decreed that the Obama policy must go into effect immediately.

Boasberg clung to a weak argument in defense of his decision, stating that the Trump administration had violated the Administrative Procedures Act, allowing for public review and commentary on any major policy changes. One could argue that since it had not gone into effect there was no policy change.

Offering a preemptive defense of his obvious political decision, Boasberg said, “Elections have consequences. But when it comes to federal agencies, the Administrative Procedure Act shapes the contours of those consequences.”

The remedy seems simple. Announce the intention to cancel the program at the end of the 60 or 90 day period that is required for comment under the Administrative Procedure Act and inform anyone coming in in the meantime that they’re here for the short-haul.

Then closely scrutinize the qualifications, impose extreme vetting for the issuances and wait for another or this same Obama hack to once again usurp President Trump’s authority. The only defense against these black-robed thugs outside of removing them is to stand up to them and beat them at their own game.
