So I remember that we have had inheritance tax for a long time. Corporations, have the ability to trascend the death of an owner or a managing leader in its structure.

This tax is so egregious that while the money earned is measured in a few billions to the government, farms and large landholder businesses, much more survivable as large entities, have been forced to break up their holdings into pieces the siblings can handle, in order to survive as smaller and less sustainable entities.

This is wrong, outright. A family should improve its state of affairs, not be forced by a government tax, to disenfranchise itself. We want our children to exceed our Achievments.

In any case, and just to mention some of the responses to your post, disclosure of Truth is always a good thing, unless you're the Romanovs in Russia, in 1917.

The Truth wasn’t too useful, when the revolutionaries, led by a lawyer named Lenin was leading his followers; in the promise that they would have the privilege of shooting a Romanov like a dog.

Common sense must prevail, and the certainty placed in one's faith in platitudes, can become very hollow, quite quickly.
