Several points to consider here. It does look like in the video, as the cop attempts to gain 'admissions' before reading the guy any rights, he is violating the citizen. He stupidly goes on to violate the guy and disarm him and when push came to shove the guy literally outdrew the cop, and yes, the .22 caliber hi-speed cartridge and/or the .22 magnum can kill.

The bottom line has been reached by citizens and cops - people are aware that cops murder citizens and plant throw-down weapons on persons they murder. A lot of people must have it pre-set in their minds that if they are accosted by ANYONE now in this criminal government they will respond first before they are killed. So it literally appears that as this cop reached for his weapon he was immediately shot by the guy who already had his hand on the gun. These armed confrontations are stupid and are happening more and more often and are not always reported or reported accurately. CITIZENS ARE TIRED OF LOSING, losing at the hands of criminal uniformed thugs and government criminal officials.

So if the government goons simply say they don't have to Mirandize the 'suspect' before violating him The People simply say okay there's nothing left now and they know there will be no justice in any court.

Your experience with those cops sounds exasperating. They aren't supposed to single out people as spies would do and according to court decisions are supposed to only protect "the public at large", so those cops you illustrated appear to have been totally out of their jurisdictions in their actions.

It seems to be a struggle or conflict over the woman, somehow, or at least it would appear that way. You may recall how that one former cop lady suffered multiple hundreds of NCIC abuse hits on her info for being what they referred to as a 'hot' cop lady, etc., etc..

They can ignore the Miranda laws under the phony, annual re-declaration of a national emergency if they choose to, but it seems that the armed citizens are going to have a last say on their way out and it does appear that America is finished, the war is now right from your government against you.

Is it a national emergency matter if someone claims their boyfriend or husband abused them? No. The cop apparently suffered death for violating a citizen who would not give in.
