Gee, maybe it's a mini but vast , insect-size, "de-population program"... ?!!!

That mosquito program may parallel the reduction in human male births. Maybe I jumped on it too exactly so comment was taken out. Then I couldn't access your email for like 10 minutes, and I couldn't access the email I wrote to Hobie with that idea -- I could find it and see it but it wouldn't open... I had to cu the comment out of another email that I had sent someone...
