Hobie, I agree that this is not going to end well. I put together a team of people several years ago to research and experiment with this issue. We worked with bankers and did numerous transactions in association with the banks. I can tell you from my research that the ACH is for PUBLIC transactions ONLY and can never discharge any debt.
They are teaching people to commingle the funds in their attempts to deposit private funds in a public account. This can never work and will only lead to seizure and arrest. I find it interesting that one is stating that no documentation is required yet when push comes to shove she produces reams of documents and UCC filings that she has done to protect her own Arse.
I have first hand experience with this entire issue. I abandoned this process and moved on with the knowledge gained from the exercise. Fortunately, I know the rest of the story and how to accomplish what these people are attempting to accomplish.
