OUR RULING:

DNI (former Senator Dan Coats) improperly evaded questions concering
Senate Armed Services queries into Presidential Obstruction
an ongoing investigation.

1. CONVERSATION IMPROPERLY CLASSIIED

The Law mandates that Classified documents must be declassified
in certain instances. (E.O 13526). Conversations relating
to 'Classified Information' would fall under this Order.

Sec. 1.7. Classification Prohibitions and Limitations. (a) In no case shall information be classified, continue to be maintained as classified, or fail to be declassified in order to:

(1) conceal violations of law, inefficiency, or administrative error;
(2) prevent embarrassment to a person, organization, or agency;

2. PRIVILIGED COMMUNICATIONS

The President is not DNI's legal client, nor is DNI employed
as an Attorney.

3. EXECUTIVE PRIVILEGE

The DNI cannot invoke Executive Privilige on behalf of the
President.

Furthermore, Executive Privilige iw not containe in the Constitution and has been struck down by the courts in 'Nixon Tapes', a Political, not National Security Matter.

4. DAMAGE TO NATIONAL SECURITY

DNI technologies are there to provide ADVANTAGE to the United
States. No Damage occured to STATE INTERESTS information, or technologies.

did legitimately concern NATIONAL SECURITY, you did not have
to divulge this part of the conversation.

5. NATIONAL SECURITY VS POLITICAL SECURITY

The purpose of National Security Technologies is to preserve
U.S advantage. The National Interest is Superior to Political Interest.

Political Security should preserve the integrity of the election
process. This inquiry is a threat to Political Security.

6. HUMINT

This Conversation is not HUMINT. The President is not an Intelligence asset of the DNI or any department and is not
covered by this NSA classification.
