Simply put the statement that U S Citizens are under Special Maritime Jurisdiction is utter Horse Hockey!

Ask 6 Questions and prove to your self you could never be under Admiralty or Maritime Jurisdiction.

The "BUT THEY" crowd will go ballistic trying to answer the questions and keep their point that YOU are a subject. This is because this crowd refuses to accept their own responsibility for being self declared subjects so the blame can be laid on the never identified "THEY".

Subjects like to share their misery by spreading it to others while preferring to hide in the crowd rather than execute their own liberty and pay the price or do the work to live as free men!

1. What is the subject matter of Maritime Jurisdiction?

2. Where is the evidence that you engaged knowingly in a Maritime Contract?

3. When and how did you become subject to Maritime Jurisdiction?

4. Under what law or theory of law does Maritime Jurisdiction have citizens or Citizens?

5. Under what law theory of law or contract or act or omission did you or any one else waive State Citizenship and the right to choice of the political body to have legal relations to or with?

6. Where, when, how and under what set of facts does Maritime Jurisdiction supersede or invalidate Common Law or Equity Jurisdictions available to any American?

The whole premise of the position that any one without knowing could be held against their will without consent to Maritime Law exposes the reasons for the position.

That position is one of SLAVE owner or manager of Slaves.

1. Those holding any one to Maritime Law are exercising an ownership position over a subject; or

2. Those attempting to convince any American they are or could be subject to some Jurisdiction not authorized by State or Federal Constitution are trolling for more subjects and most likely doing so for a bounty.

The proof absolute for my points is contained in the legislative sections of the State and Federal constitutions.

Simply read the legislative sections and identify where We the People granted our governments powers over us!
