While the world was preoccupied with the Trumps ban on entry to Muslims in the United States, the committee of the US House of Representatives approved a bill almost imperceptibly, which could unbalancing the lives of many Americans: according to this law, companies would have the right to require employees to submit the results of DNA analysis.

US and European geneticists are appalled, noting that the DNA test must be voluntary. Information about possible illnesses belong to the private sphere, estimates the European Society of Human Genetics (ESHG).

Protest European scientists is understandable, since experience shows that initiatives in the field of bioethics eventually transferred and Europe. In this case, it would be devastating, because the US companies in the future be able to use in-house wellness programs companies to avoid legally defined protection of the private sphere in the field of genetics.
