Thanks for drawing attention to the existence of Mike King's book in PDF form. I have downloaded it, and have begun to work my way through it. This writer is a source of much interesting information on World War 2.

This site has a considerable number of articles, videos and ebooks, which readers who are interested in the history of World War 2 may like to check out. Subjects covered include the real origin of the term "Nazi", Roosevelt's involvement in starting the war, and the way in which Hitler was provoked into bombing England, so that the war could be prolonged, at a time when there was a groundswell of public opinion in Britain against the continuation of hostilities.
