i would ask the readers to ponder how these words make them feel; "what you don't know about america and why millions will die".

do they make you feel warm and fuzzy and relaxed and peaceful?

all the wars, pain and suffering that humanity goes through are because we are too ignorant of our own psychology to stop doing what makes us tense and angry. and what is that? we allow and support a constant stream of thoughts to go through our minds, far too many of which make us feel awful. if we want to contribute something positive to mankind, the most powerful thing we can do is stop stirring the pot. stop complicating things and worsening the gordian knot state that most of us find ourselves in. instead of reading every piece of information about all the problems we face that seem insurmountable, STOP. check the news out a few minutes each day if you wish, but the rest of your free time, spend on relaxing, releasing and meditating, or light exercise that helps you feel light and playful like we did when we were kids some of the time. eat light food (as opposed to heavy, hard to digest) and make sure some of it is raw, such a fruit, nuts and vegetables. the minimum of a good quality multi vitamin/mineral dosage plus extra vitamin c will go a long way to prevent premature physical problems.

so many people promote complicated thinking by their writings but IT LEADS MOST OF US NOWHERE mentally and emotionally that we really want to go. if people would realize that it is focusing on their own thoughts about subjects that cause them worry, stress, tension and fatigue that cause the vast majority if not all of their anxiety problems, they could begin to take steps to alleviate them.

picture the results of gorging yourself on food every day without ever taking time to have a bowel movement. not pretty. yet we often do this to ourselves every day mentally and emotionally; fill ourselves up almost to the breaking point without relief because we don't know how to stop it. focus, breathe, relax, feel light as a feather. in other words, start creating the atmosphere around yourself that you really want, not what life hands you, nor what you don't want. don't take the bait anymore.

for the first time because of the internet, we can fight the war that is going on through wisdom, information and healing ourselves first. trump did not win through physical fighting. he won through common sense and speaking out about what the other side was trying to pretend wasn't happening; in other words, truthful information.

every person chooses the path to their own future. we cannot control what others choose, we can only gently encourage the path of simple, relaxed, blissful, lighthearted, enjoyable life. choose wisely and lighten your load as much as possible.
