Interesting guy, Alfred Lambremont Webre.

For what my own personal testimony is worth, and none of this is slander, but simply my own experience in extended correspondence by email and snail mail both, over a couple of years... Well, after these contacts, he asked me at one point if I wanted to edit his next book (which is out now, I think). But I declined. Even though Webre's credentials are valid, I came to the conclusion that his cognitive skills do not match his impressive resumé.

I felt after reading the previous book he had published, which he had proudly sent me as a gift, that it was a distressing read of circular logic and annoying repetition. If he let his material get away from him like that once, with so little discernment, it seemed to me it didn't really matter to him that the content could really stand on its own, as long as it was between the covers of a glossy book.

This is not the first time I have 'passed' on an editing job, leery of working with self-published writers. I shoot myself in the foot often that way.

But, in addition, I have to admit I was personally distressed by his grandiose conviction that benevolent ETs are going to make sure that the earth and humanity survive into an endless age of Peace and Multiverse Prosperity, sooner or later; meanwhile on video describing invisible beings who are playfully floating around his apartment...

From his stated Utopian viewpoint, why fight any of the corruption and lies and corporate bogeymen we can expose now anyway? Do you see how I feel? It doesn't seem to make sense.

I have been following Fukushima from the beginning, as have he and Lauren Moret. Strangely, when I consider the whole picture, they have never to my recollection mentioned the possibility of nuclear sabotage as having actually caused an earthquake, tsunami, and the meltdowns. It's not as if some very aware people haven't been thinking along those lines. But this pair don't 'go there'. Personally, I have been opposed to nuclear plants since living in California myself back in the 1970's, when there was even a referendum on the ballot one year. But all Webre and Moret can do is blame the industry, when so many other possibilities exist re: this catastrophe, with other bizarre motives. Radical ideas, yes, but an area that Webre and Moret steer away from. Again, strange.

Webre continues to live in Vancouver, and when I queried him once on the consequences to his own health, per radiation, he launched into a sales pitch for his amethyst bed pads. (See his website.)

Looking back on the series of interviews Webre conducted with Kevin Annett, do you recall how obsequious Webre has been to Annett all along, while apparently preparing this attack behind the scenes? I wonder from watching previous videos, if anyone else noticed? A student of psychology, in hindsight, I now recognize a quirk of self-revealing over-compensation at play. "I am so honored to have with us today Kevin Annett...."

Having real knowledge of exactly what Annett has written over the years (I'm not his editor, nor have any face-to-face connection at all) - and this goes back 15 years, long before the existence of ITCCS - well, now I have assessed these new 'witness revelations', and I see enough holes in the material to totally discount these accusations.

I had to laugh at their dragging womanizing into the mix. Stories from Webre's set in Vancouver. Well, I guess they thought it was worth a try.

At one time Annett's wonderful book "Hidden From History" was free to read online. Maybe it still is. Today, a copy on Amazon will cost you $700.00 - I just checked!
