Who and what is to blame for the Oroville Dam debacle? How could the most crucial part of the California State water delivery system be in such a serious situation? There seems to be enough incompetence. A spillway improperly repaired in 2013? Subsequent inspections by visuals in 2015 of the spillway but inspectors did not walk (ride) out on to the spillway for an up close viewing. Perhaps the spill way was never properly engineered and was poorly constructed. This is a catastrophic failure that could go biblical.

What really picques (sic) my interest is just how much of a role the ongoing Geoengineering of our natural weather systems has contributed to the massive amounts of rain and snow that have been dumped on Northern California. Never in 26 years up on my mountain has this much moisture come down, week after week, with a few breaks and very little sunshine. Indeed, it has been raining in my area since mid-October, not straight, but more often than not. And then about three weeks ago I had over four feet of very heavy cement like snow that has done damage. And it stayed on with little melt, literally becoming a fixed glacier covering up everything. The temps remained at about 30F for an entire week, morning noon and night. Then, yet another Pineapple Express was sent our way, this time a very warm storm which poured buckets of rain onto the snow.

So consider this is the situation over in the Oroville area where high Sierra mountains are deep in snow. And the warm rains poured, combining snow melt to the runoff. And that runoff is still rushing into the Oroville lake. The last scheduled weather forecast has another series of storms heading to Northern California. The intrigue from my perspective is to watch how the geoengineers conduct their operations given the mess they have helped to facilitate with their meddling and their weather experiments. Would they want to try and destroy the Oroville dam? Cause a collapse? They may have already achieved it given what's going on there.

Geoengineering is a Pentagon operation. Using the weather as a warfare "force enhancer" could call for a practice/experiment to destroy a dam. This is a mad concept but these nuts are crazy with power. Looking at the six year California drought, an obvious Geoengineering project, and especially the incredible damage still being inflicted upon the southern half of this state, I do not think it('s) a stretch to think these series of storms are deliberate(ly), geoengineered for maximum damage, and the blame for the debacle lies squarely on those who play God.
