NO, IT CAN'T. IF it can, it would be doing it ALL THE TIME,
NO EXCEPTION. It has no power by itself.
But, there is a HIGHER CONSCIOUSNESS that manages all the functions of the human physical, mental and emotional bodies and this HIGHER CONSCIOUSNESS would heal any illness,...if the right conditions exist if it is within its program.. Its presence in our bodies is what is keeping us alive. Without it, we die.
THIS HIGHER CONSCIOUSNESS lives right inside the body, sometimes referred to as TRUE SELF (or GOD-SELF) as opposed to another consciousness that also resides within,....called the FALSE SELF
or ego-personality self. We are,...at this point, identified with this ego-personality, and NOT really connected (energetically separate) to TRUE SELF.

The TRUE SELF carries within it,and impliment all the programs called the DIVINE PLAN of a particular individuated human.
If a the divine plan calls for a terminal illness,...bam...it will happen, no matter if the person is a saint or a sinner.
It is the (TRUE) GOD-SELF that reverses the illness,...(NOT the physical body itself)
why am I nitpicking..? Hmmm....Let's see.... I read so many claims that "we are the elohims" "we are the Soul" "I AM the I AM Presence". NO, WE ARE NOT. These are all mis-informations and serves only to delay our spiritual evolution...What I know....Is that we are ASPECTs of SOUL, created as separate beings for specific purpose. Everything here was created separate. The physical body is energetically separate from the mental body, is energetically separate from the emotional body..
It is the TRUE SELF that will eventually unify all these different vibrating bodies and we then can become ONE with it. This is the reason to pray, to meditate,to contemplate, to center, to be grateful and loving, to be kind and giving, so that we will get to know this being in a very personal level.
