NESARA has been a Rumor Mill News topic for a very long time. What's interesting is that the more time passes, the more 'provisions' seem to be added to it - kinda strange for a piece of legislation purported to have been passed, long ago. :)

Here's one post, quoting Dove of Oneness, from a month prior to 9/11:

That post doesn't cover all provisions of NESARA but does give a general sense of what we were looking toward at that time. The day before 9/11, we were truly expecting to see NESARA's implementation and the disbursal of funds from Omega, on or beginning the very next day. Instead, some of us spent the full day of Sept 11 at our keyboards, reporting on the news and rumors that were flooding in.

In general, descriptions of NESARA are consistent with what Rayelan has said she was told by admirals and generals who would sit at her kitchen table during the time she was married to Gunther Russbacher, regarding the intended results of a long-term plan to "take down the Fed". Because of that, particularly, RMN has always been alert and open to information related to NESARA.

One element that was added at some point to the NESARA 'legend' was that military officers _forced_ Bill Clinton as president to sign the NESARA legislation. I found that a very odd notion and unlikely, as forcing his signature would seem to de-legitimize the whole thing.

One as-yet unanswered question: Why should something like NESARA, presumably passed by the Corp US legislature, even be necessary or desirable? The original jurisdiction Constitution is still right there, layered-over by the Corp US internal charter that is being called the Constitution. It would seem that what's needed is the removal of that overlay, not the adding of another piece of legislation to it.

On a few occasions over the years, I asked Poof to check with his sources to see if NESARA was real. He never returned with a flat, "No, it's not," but he also was never able to find anyone who could or would confirm the reality of it.

From our standpoint, though, that may not matter. :) As mentioned earlier, the storyline of NESARA, whether genuine or not, closely resembles what Rayelan had been told about long-term plans already in effect. Perhaps all or most or much of what NESARA is said to bring about will be happening anyway.
