This building, initially a bank ( caisse populaire ) - Muslim community bought it ;establishing therein a Cultural Center for 2 years, then turning it the Great Mosque ( of Quebec city) - - Two suspects arrested:

One arrested nearby..... the other one, apparently had a car accident, just before entering the ORLEANS ISLAND Bridge - - 20 km north-east of Quebec city. - Rumors that he was hit by a police's car - - - The only bridge to this island, is on the northern side of island. - - Many people on that island are very 'nationalist' - and out-of-towner ( village mentality ) - - -

MY hypothesis:

a) they are two teenagers ( they were masked) ....who drank too much, and boast they could do it - -
b) they are 2 lost souls.... who shouln'd have been there....
c) patsies........ especially if the goverments ( provincial and federal ) declare this, a terrorist act .......

2 students at the local university ( Laval ) - One is a white quebecer, the one with a car, ....he called himself the police, to surrender..... Maybe he was afraid of all this.... The other one, from Maroc... it seems .... Police searching their homes/apart now......

Initially, the police confirmed to TheDCNF Mohamed Khadir was part of the perpetration of the crime.
