Vladimir Putin is planning to create war chaos in the Balkans to divert attention from their other activities, according to former NSA agent and security specialist John Schindler.

Schindler article, titled 'The first foreign policy crisis of the President Trump: War drums echo again in the Balkans', is particularly interesting when considering the fact that it was published in the New York Observer, a medium which is owned by Trump's son in law and adviser Jared Kushner, who is considered his man of the utmost confidence.
