I'm guessing you've seen a doctor and are on meds of some kind...? Our RMN-community practitioners and other users may have useful suggestions. If you want those, let us all know, but do make sure to tell us what meds if any are already in use. Meanwhile I'm sure we're all sending assorted prayers and well-wishes your way.
