(VIDEO) Islamic State blows up a gas plant of INA in Syria
The so-called terrorist Islamic State blew up a gas plant owned by INA (Croatian state oil exploration company, not a second to anyone in this business) in Syria, writes Vecernji List.
On the Internet portal Amaq was released video footage showing the explosion of the gas field Hayan, located 100 kilometers east of Homs. They say that they it did not damage the economy of the regime of Bashar Al Assad. The hard fact is, that this gas installations were essential to Assad's regime since tehey daily produce about 3 million cubic meters of gas, which is mostly used for military purposes.
INA has worked in the Hayan block research, and completed it in 2007, and after the armed conflict in Syria it withdrew workers from Syria. So far, it had to the write-off about 3 and a half billion profit due to the uncertain political situation.
