I love this answer.
I did not see this angle, but I know there are many more angles.

1. Clif predicts what is not going to happen until enough of the collective believes it will and makes it happen. Its the same thing the mass media was doing, telling the collective what to see and think, and it built up until it actually happened.

2. Linquistics, to introduce something to see how often it is used or repeated, such as the term Tipping Point a while back, and egregious, and now snowflake, and feedback look, and coagulate. When Clif says these words will be used more often, and we are told they will be used more often, we tend to place them in our vocabulary for use. Yet terms separate, and calling people sheep or sheeple or generation x or baby boomer, or now snowflake allows the establishment to know the separation still exists and the conquering can continue.
Who associates with any group they have given a derogative term?

3. Used - Clifs software is not private. So if someone wants Clif to retrieve psychic info from the internet, they can put the psychic info they want him to retrieve out there. They know how his bots work and what they look for. They know how his database is keyed, and they know the ipaddress from which he does his searching. All they need to do is place the crumbs where they can be found, and he gives it to the masses who will absorb anything they read on the internet or from what they have determined is a reliable source, and it's part of reality.

4. If you tell a lie long enough and strong enough it becomes true. Not that Clif lies or intends to, but being wrong on such a scale and length of time, eventually something will happen that can be pegged as being right, and it takes one strong, advertising believer to turn a herd that is looking for guidance.

I enjoy reading what Clif writes, but his reality is not mine, and the words he asks his bots to seek are not words I have chosen to determine my future and my fate, so a Dow 125,000, or a gold 50,000 means nothing to me. If gold was worth $35, I'd want it more than having it worth $50,000 because the fiat used to buy it, it took so many thousands of a thing that has no value before someone gives up a thing that has value.

How dumb is that? All these gold people buying and purchasing waiting on proof the FRN is so worthless, a ton of it will be offered for real value, should get real. For one, if I have a ton of worthless FRN, I won't need value, I'll need food, clothing, and shelter, and I'm not going to offer my ton for something that most will have no use for, except to offer me their ton to pass it around.

At no time during the crisis did people run for gold or silver, nor does it show most had it to spend, or that new wealth transferred to the people holding it. The banks got the worthless paper, and if they took in gold, they would have gotten the gold too, and the people worked for paper and spent paper to survive. There were no gold sellers or places that could negotiate gold fragments for the purchase of anything.

What's the purpose of mentioning people will go into the mines to mine gold, except that the establishment wants to have free labor, and then potentially claim what was taken does not belong to the taker, as they cannot prove mineral rights or something.

5. Trap - some of it seems like a stealth trick or trap, not by Clif, but by the placement of the info for Clif to find and report and for anyone who 'of their free will' decides to agree and act upon it.

Do you know why it's more legal to fish with a stick and a hook without a license than with a rod/reel and/or net?

Because when you put that hook in the water, that fish of their free will can choose to bite or not bite. You are not violating universal law, catching a fish that does not want to be caught.

People are reckless with their own thoughts and desires, and prefer to act in groups, thus social sites and content that goes viral prove that point, and if they stepped back and really looked at what they are doing to what is happening to them or the world, they could see the role they play on the same stage as everyone else.
