Reuters and UPI are propaganda mouthpieces for the Destroyer Class - both owned by Rothschild.

Take anything that comes from Reuters or UPI with a grain of salt, and consider the source.

Reuters and UPI are the main source of 'news' feeds given to the Mockingbird Former Mainstream Media, who will all willingly parrot the same line handed to them by Reuters or UPI.

Of course the 'news feeds' will be utilized to fan the flames of conflict.

That is how money is made.

Rothschild banksters, and its underling wing of Military Industrial Intelligence network including the Pentagon, CIA and MI6, promote discord among people and countries - in the hopes of starting wars between peoples or nations.

Rothschild banksters then fund both sides of the conflict, while making billions off the spoils of war and destruction, all the while putting either opposing force deeper into debt.

Whether or not either side 'wins' the destruction match or loses the destruction match - matters not to the bankers.

Rothschild will profit into the billions, simply because the war exists.

So yes, one should only expect more conflict inciting, pro-war rhetoric from either UPI or Reuters.

: providing portable anti-aircraft missiles, or MANPADS, to

: "Our position on MANPADS has not changed. We have a very
: deep concern about that kind of weaponry getting into
: Syria," Toner said, referring to fears that portable
: anti-aircraft missiles could end up in the hands of
: Islamist militants and be used against civilian airliners.

: The National Defense Authorization Act, signed into law by
: Obama on Dec. 23, appears designed to assuage the
: administration's misgivings but imposes a new layer of
: congressional oversight on any presidential decision to
