As the time for the official departure from the White House approaches, so the statements of Barack Obama has become increasingly harsh. Outgoing president last month sent a few poisoned darts to Moscow, especially to Russian President Vladimir Putin. In the shadow of hacking election scandal, Obama's has uttered harsh words at his closing news conference of the year.

- Russians can not change us, or significantly weaken us. They are a smaller country than we are. The are weaker country compared to us. Their economy is not producing anything that others want to buy other than oil, gas and arms. They are not innovative. But they can affect us if we lose up the step by ourselves. At its last annual conference, Obama expressed concern that the survey showed that one-third of Republican voters approve of Putin.

Obama has spared no words when he commented on the situation in Syria.

- The world is united in horror because of the savage attacks of the Syrian regime and its Russian and Iranian allies in Aleppo - said outgoing US president, adding - This blood and these crimes are on their hands.
