There are alligators, snakes, poisonous spiders, dirty water with infections and of course quicksand.

Many neophytes have gone into that swamp and never been heard from again.

It is foolish to think that the game is over. We should have learned that lesson by now.

One cannot play the game before first setting up the chessboard.
