Yes, the removal of a defense lawyer is shocking, even in the existing court
system today, but not surprising. The root cause of the problem is something
no one ever mentions however, and until it is corrected, don't expect to
receive justice in either a state or federal court. The bottom line is...only
a court created in strict conformance with Article III of the federal
constitution possesses the judicial power of the United States, therefore,
only an Article III court is able to adjudicate a criminal matter. An Article
III court is part of the Judicial Branch of government and is supposed to be
neutral on the issues that comes before it. BUT, herein lies the problem.
THERE ARE NO ARTICLE III COURTS OPERATING IN AMERICA TODAY!! Some researchers
claim there never were any such courts ever formed from the beginning, and
others claim there were at first, but then they were abolished, but whichever
is true, the fact is that TODAY there are none. A true constitutional court
created with Article III authority, according to the Supreme Court in United
States v Mookini, is known as a district court of the United States, but we no
longer have any of those anymore, as around 1940, due to a slight of hand on
the part of Congress, they were replaced by United States District Courts,
which are administrative courts created under Article IV of the federal
constitution, are not a part of the Judicial Branch, but are part of the
Executive Branch therefore there is no separation of powers, and are meant to
adjudicate matters in the territories of the United States only. These courts
do NOT have the judicial power of the United States, are not to be situated on
federal land in any of the several states of the Union, and are NOT authorized
to hear a criminal matter...but they do. And to top it all off, NO federal
court is authorized to adjudicate any matters pertaining to ANY so called
crime that did not take place on federally owned land!! How did all of this
happen without anyone knowing? Perhaps because those in government, wanting
to extend their power base like all governments do, have never divulged how
they have defrauded the American people, and WE, being too busy playing games
etc., have blindly accepted it. What this forum should do is encourage people
who are trapped in this fraudulent system to rise up, expose the dolus, and
demand that justice be implemented. If we do not, we can only expect things to
get worse, and God help us then.

: Regardless of what a person is charged with or suspected of
: they are supposed to be entitled to a fair trial, and,
: removing a defendant's best legal defense is tantamount to
: shackling a combatant's hands and arms behind his/her back

: cases which indicates a coerced defense through fear of the
